Our Approach

The project involved full removal of all existing elements, including furniture, flooring, ceilings, partitioning, electrics, and kitchen areas. Working closely with the Warners team, we:

• Developed a design brief and created 3D visualisations to bring the client’s vision to life

• Designed an open-plan working environment using height-adjustable desks and bespoke furniture

• Integrated planters to enhance aesthetics and wellbeing

• Designed a modern kitchen area with retro-style fridges, designer flooring, and a commercial hydro tap

• Removal of old flooring and installation of new LVT flooring and carpet tiles

• Installation of suspended ceilings and new glass partitioning

• Complete electrical works, including LED lighting, floor boxes, and data points

• Carpentry works for bespoke kitchen installation with commercial hydro tap

Toilet & Facilities Refurbishment

• Full toilet refurbishment including white rock wall panels, Corian sinks, and solid laminate cubicles
