Working closely with your team an in-depth conversation and plan can be put into place which will map out the way the building will work, look and feel. Once the plan is in place, we can tender to Contractors and have a detailed concept and design produced. When we are engaged to produce a Concept & Detailed Design this will follow on from Meeting and any plans which have been put into place. We will create a 2D 3D visualisation of the working area, mood boards and finishes will be created base around the final designs.

The procurement process allows for you to visit manufacturers or have mock ups setup for you to see at your workplace. You will also receive a fully quantified specification. Once the design has been approved we would move to the tender stage, ensure a risk free and easily comparable process to make sure you can see all the options laid out in front of you.
